Nicola is an experienced Criminal Lawyer having worked as a Federal Prosecutor with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions before commencing at Legal Aid NT in 2012 where she held numerous roles including Manager of the Darwin Crime Practice and Manager Client Services. Nicola has extensive experience in all types of criminal matters in both the Supreme and Local Courts and a particular expertise in Youth Justice matters.
Nicola is Treasurer of the Criminal Lawyers Association of the NT and has held that role since 2011.
Nicola has a varied practice and is willing to accept matters at any stage of proceedings in the following areas:
